Hi I’m Kelcey a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition), a qualified Pilates educator of over eight years, and a mum of two.
My background in movement and women’s health has shaped the way I practice. I don’t see the body in isolation - hormones, digestion, stress, sleep, movement and mindset are deeply interconnected.
